Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR functions for our 100-bedded hospital. The ideal candidate will manage all HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes tailored to the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top healthcare talent.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Foster employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide HR support and solutions for a 100-bedded hospital.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in HR functions, with a strong background in recruitment.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations in a mid-sized hospital setup.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
