Cluster Head - Prime

As a Cluster Head-Prime in the Branch Banking department, your role will involve overseeing the operational aspects of branches, including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales. You will guide Branch Managers in assessing local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, and developing forecasts and business plans to contribute to larger branch banking channel objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing budgets and allocating funds appropriately - Identifying areas of improvement and proposing corrective actions to meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities - Sharing knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs - Addressing customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly - Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all regulations and applicable laws - Networking to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and the company - Staying updated on competing markets and providing reports on market movement and penetration - Establishing the Bank and the brand in the catchment area - Achieving overall product targets for the Cluster including CASA, Investments, Insurance, Trade Services, and TD, and managing group business products like Business Banking products and other asset products - Cultivating relationships with individual and corporate customers - Managing customer-centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms - Evaluating growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers - Recommending process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Facilitating a customer-centric branch channel and achieving/exceeding the defined NPS targets - Monitoring the branch network expansion as per the defined business plan Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation - Post Graduate in Finance (MBA preferred) With over 15 years of experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role as a Cluster Head-Prime.,
