Cluster Head - Prime

As a Cluster Head-Prime in the Branch Banking department, you will oversee the operational aspects of branches, including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales. Your responsibilities will include guiding Branch Managers in assessing local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to contribute to larger branch banking channel objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately - Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions for growth opportunities - Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business needs - Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly - Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and laws - Network to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and company - Stay updated on competing markets and provide reports on market movement - Establish the Bank and brand in the catchment area - Achieve product targets for the Cluster including CASA, Investments, Insurance, Trade Services, TD, and manage group business products - Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms - Evaluate growth strategy based on competitor analysis and customer feedback - Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network - Facilitate a customer-centric branch channel and meet/exceed defined NPS targets - Monitor branch network expansion as per the business plan Qualifications: - Graduation - Post Graduate in Finance (MBA preferred) With over 15 years of experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role as a Cluster Head-Prime in the Branch Banking department.,
