Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head, based in Gorakhpur. The Cluster Head will oversee daily operations within their designated cluster, ensuring the implementation and completion of various financial services. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving business growth within the cluster. The role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring
• Strong understanding of financial services such as AEPS, AadhaarPay, and Money Transfer
• Familiarity with digital payment systems including UPI QR Collection, Mobile Recharge, and BBPS
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage operations in Gorakhpur
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
