Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head, located in Chandrapur. The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple branches within the cluster. Key tasks include setting and achieving business targets, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, managing and guiding branch managers, and enhancing customer service and satisfaction. The Cluster Head will also be responsible for driving business growth, managing resources, and implementing effective sales and operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Experience in branch operations and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in banking regulations and compliance
• Adept at customer relationship management
• Ability to analyze financial statements and data
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the banking sector, particularly in handling multiple branches, is a plus
