Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head based in Tiruchirappalli. The Cluster Head will oversee day-to-day operations, manage multiple branches within the cluster, ensure smooth functioning, and achieve business targets. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team management, business development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and customer relationship management. The role demands the ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies for market penetration, and continuously engage with customers to cater to their financial needs.

• Proficiency in Team Management and Leadership

• Strong Customer Relationship Management and Communication Skills
• Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Develop Effective Strategies
• Experience in the Financial Services Sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli
