Job Title

Purpose of the Job:

Collections for NCL (write-off) accounts for urban PL business.

Describe the KPIs against each perspective:

Perspective Key Performance Indicators

Collection Resolution of NPA accounts of the branch to achieve the monthly target
Controlling the branch GWO and improvising the collection month on month
Tracing of skip /migrated customers

Customer Focus

Addressing customer queries
Educating customer about payment on time, Importance of Credit score and servicing of loan

Process / Quality Improvement

Receipt issuance and management
Customer trail updating on system
Contact point validation of high value accounts
