Cluster Business Head

Job Description: As the Cluster Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP), you will be responsible for leading the LAP business across a Cluster consisting of 5-7 Branches. Your focus will be on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Secured loan Branch Managers to achieve Target every month. - Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and customer acquisition. - Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to stay ahead of the competition. - Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Maintain the Portfolio quality of Secured branches within your Cluster. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in sales management within the financial services sector. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
