Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Business Head located in Palakkad. The Cluster Business Head will oversee the day-to-day operations within their designated cluster, ensuring business targets are met and catering to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing strategies for growth, monitoring performance, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
