Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cloud Finance Operations Analyst based in Noida, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Cloud Finance Operations Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and financial reporting. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial oversight and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Receive monthly invoices (e.g., Singtel).
• Detail review of the Cloud spends from Azure, AWS, GCP & OCI AMC for Infrastructure vertical 
• Validate against respective PO/MRC and create Service Requests (SR) in Oracle portal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with automation tools or cloud cost optimization tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8 + years of experience in cloud financial operations, cost management, or invoice processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud cost portals.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Provision Management (TP/System/Manual):

Handle provision requests received from the Finance team. Submit provisions based on defined formats and systems/links.

Cloud Cost Allocation:

Download usage data from cloud cost portals. Allocate expenses accurately to the appropriate Non-CIO projects.

Actively work with the technical team to reduce cost of cloud spend

Cloud Usage Reporting:

Prepare detailed monthly cloud usage PowerPoint presentations. Ensure the reports meet business requirements for visibility and planning.

Usage Cost Tracking & Analysis:

Compare current cloud costs with previous months. Perform variance analysis to identify and explain increases or reductions.

Financial Query Support:

Respond to finance-related queries such as SR variances, provision clarifications, and PR clarifications.
