Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud environments, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing cloud solutions to support business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and manage security controls, including IAM, firewalls, and encryption, to safeguard cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Conduct regular reviews of cloud environments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
