Cloud Engineer

Mandatory skills:

• Should have worked on microservices-based platforms.

• AWS and its services – AWS S3, IAM, VPC, Batch, Step Functions, and AWS Lambda. 

• MySQL – Performance optimisation. • Consuming web services or APIs (not development)

• Programming Language – Java, ROR Or Python

• Using CDK for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or CloudFormation/Terraform if CDK is not an option.

• CloudWatch – logging and monitoring. 

• Should have worked in file formats like Parquet or JSON. • CSE background and Cloud certification

Responsibilites:

• Building new tools and solutions to enable client self-service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of designing and developing high-quality, efficient software
• Define and document best practices and strategies.
• Seek ways to push and improve Nextpoint’s development processes by introducing new methods and technologies.
• Delivering software solutions to increase our clients’ command of their data.
• Identify and track meaningful metrics.
