Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with hands-on expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, governance, and Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage cloud resources with a strong focus on automation (Terraform), compliance (Cloud Custodian policies), and collaboration (GitHub workflows).

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform (IaC).
Develop and enforce governance & compliance policies using Cloud Custodian.
Integrate Infrastructure-as-Code workflows with GitHub (CI/CD pipelines, version control).
Administer and support Citrix environments for application delivery and virtualization.
Monitor cloud usage and implement cost optimization practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in cloud security, automation, and compliance.
Troubleshoot issues across cloud and Citrix environments, ensuring minimal downtime.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation and IaC best practices.
Experience with Cloud Custodian policies for cost, security, and compliance automation.
Proficient in GitHub (branching, workflows, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions).
Experience in managing and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Understanding of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and governance models.
Good knowledge of networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.

Good to Have

Certification in AWS (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer).
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or other container platforms.
Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP).
