Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Cloud Architect to design, develop, and manage robust cloud-based solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating cloud architecture blueprints, ensuring high availability and security, and guiding development teams on cloud best practices. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architecture solutions. Evaluate and recommend cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and services. Define cloud architecture standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices and security policies. Lead cloud migration efforts, including planning, risk assessment, and execution. Provide guidance to DevOps and development teams on cloud services, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Monitor cloud usage, performance, and cost, and optimize resources. Stay current with emerging technologies and cloud trends, and propose innovative solutions. Document cloud architecture and processes, and provide training to internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, networking, development, and business units. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). Experience with cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect. Experience with serverless computing, microservices architecture, and API gateway integration. Background in software development or infrastructure engineering is a plus.
