Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate (Closing Manager)


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    commercial real estate sales closures

    by converting leads into executed deals.
  • Handle

    end-to-end client negotiations

    , pricing discussions, and deal structuring.
  • Manage walk-in enquiries, site visits, and corporate presentations.
  • Build and strengthen

    channel partner networks

    for consistent lead flow.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, digital marketing, and SEO-driven lead generation.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and deliver revenue growth.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
