·        Healthcare Operations Support: Manage patient scheduling, telehealth coordination, intake, referrals, and follow-ups.

·        Medical Billing & RCM: Handle insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.

·        Clinical Application Expertise: Support EHR/EMR systems (Office Practicum, AdvanceMD, Lytec, Medisoft, PracticeFusion) and ensure accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.

·        Insurance & Payer Relations: Verify benefits, resolve claims, process appeals, and maintain communication with carriers.

·        Training & Adoption: Deliver onboarding, training sessions, and process improvement workshops for healthcare teams.

·        AI Integration: Assist leadership in deploying HIPAA-compliant AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.

·        Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Biomedical/Clinical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.

·        3+ years of experience in clinical application support, healthcare operations, or medical billing/revenue cycle management.

·        Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems and medical billing software.

·        Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to train medical staff.

·        Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
