We are hiring Clinic Assistant for our Kothrud ** Ideal preferred candidates Industry i.e. Health care Industry Responsibility : Reporting to Clinic Manager Primary Responsibilities: Support Clinic Operations: Help manage day-to-day operations including patient flow, scheduling, and front desk procedures. Staff Supervision: Assist in overseeing administrative and clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service delivery, and ensuring smooth patient experiences. Financial Tasks: Assist with billing, budgeting, and expense tracking. May also help manage insurance claims and reimbursements. Reporting: Generate reports on clinic performance, patient statistics, and other operational metrics for senior management.
