Clinic Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, patients receive excellent care, and staff are supported and productive. This role requires strong leadership, administrative skills, and a background in healthcare operations or practice management.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve clinic processes, including patient intake, scheduling, billing, and follow-up care.
• Manage clinic supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Staff Management

• Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and health & safety regulations.

Patient Experience & Quality Assurance

• Maintain high standards of patient care and service.
• Address patient complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.

Financial Oversight

• Assist in budget planning, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Oversee billing, coding, and collections in collaboration with the billing team.
• Monitor revenue cycle and implement improvements as needed.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure the clinic complies with all health regulations and legal requirements (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).
• Conduct audits and risk assessments regularly.

Technology & Systems

• Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinic software.
• Ensure staff are trained on relevant systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and clinical operations.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
