Job Description

Operational Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical center, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment.  Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising medical and administrative staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel.  Financial Management: Developing and managing the center's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial stability.  Patient Care: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, addressing patient concerns, and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction.  Compliance: Ensuring the center complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.  Strategic Planning: Participating in the development and implementation of strategic plans, including business plans and quality improvement initiatives.  Communication: Serving as a liaison between staff, management, and patients, communicating effectively and fostering a positive work environment.  Data Management: Maintaining and analyzing patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.  Inventory Management: Managing medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and cost-effectiveness.  Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the medical center's facilities and equipment.  Key Skills: Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.  Financial Management: Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.  Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.  Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, manage conflicts, and make sound decisions.  Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.  Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations: Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.  Patient Care Focus: Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
