Clinic Center Manager

Two key focus areas:

Sales Management; &

Operations Management (=patient management; team management; inventory management; time management; housekeeping management; statutes & compliances)

1. SALES MANAGEMENT

• Take Consultations of Patients & do closing.

• Tele-calling / tele-sales may be a requirement. For this, leads will be provided.

• Should aim for minimum 70% conversion.

• You will be accountable for the revenue generation / inflow & profit of the Clinic.

2. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Clinic Management: You will be responsible for the decorum, discipline, look & feel of

the Clinic.

• Patient Management: Patients visiting the Clinic, from entry to exit, should be taken

care of in the best possible manner. No one should feel neglected.

• Team Management: You should be able to manage the team effectively. Team

alignment to the Mission & Vision of the Company will be key.

• Time Management: In-time & out-time of employees should be monitored; breaks

should be as per Company Policy. Wastage of time should be avoided. Surgeries

should be planned in consultation with Medical Director.

• Operation Theatre Management: Preparing the OT before surgeries through

respective employees & cleaning of OT after surgeries through respective employees

should be monitored.

• Inventory Management – Medical & General. The medical inventory sheet in G-Drive

should be maintained on a daily basis. Excess stocks should be avoided & minimum

stocks of important items should be maintained. General inventory, containing details

of assets, should be maintained & updated from time to time.

• Housekeeping Management: Housekeeping standard should be maintained at the

highest level. The housekeeping personnel should be properly utilised.

• Compliances & Statutes: You will have to keep a check of all statutes & compliances

that are required for the smooth running of the Clinic. Requirements, expiry & renewal

of licences, permissions, approvals etc. should be looked into.

3. Cost Control Initiatives: Controlling costs, wherever possible, will be key.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
