Client Success & Marketing Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 35 retainer clients.
  • Manage client expectations, drive delivery confidence, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Conduct review calls, share performance reports, and document actionable next steps.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Convert client briefs into clear internal tasks with defined scope & ownership.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, video, web, and paid media teams for timely delivery.
  • Track projects through Jira/Asana/ClickUp and maintain monthly work calendars.
  • Prepare Gantt charts, timelines, delivery trackers, and weekly/monthly status reports.

Marketing Strategy & Execution Understanding

  • Strong grasp of B2B marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, nurturing, and ROI-driven metrics.
  • Understanding of CRM workflows and basic automation (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).
  • Support execution of LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and demand-generation activities.
  • Assist in preparing case studies, performance summaries, and ROI storytelling for clients.

Commercial & Account Growth

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across campaigns, website projects, automation, video, and paid media.
  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, SOW documentation, and contract renewals.

Core Competencies (Mandatory)

  • Exceptional spoken & written communication with CXO-level maturity.
  • Experience in Digital/B2B Marketing, SaaS, or Tech Agency environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-client retainers and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, demand generation, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign KPIs, CRM data, and funnel insights.

Tools & Platform Expertise (Mandatory)

  • Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns

    (hands-on usage required).
  • Project management tools: Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com.
  • Email & outreach platforms: HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, Marketo.
  • LinkedIn tools: Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, outreach automation tools.

Analytical & Reporting Skills

  • Ability to interpret marketing analytics, campaign KPIs, and funnel metrics.
  • Proficient in preparing cadence plans, Gantt timelines, dashboards, and weekly status reports.

Certifications (Good to Have)

  • Zoho CRM Certified Consultant
  • HubSpot Marketing/CRM Certification
  • Google Analytics / GA4 Certification
  • LinkedIn Marketing Certifications
  • Marketo or Salesforce Administrator (optional advantage)

Professional Attributes (Mandatory)

  • Strong ownership mindset with focus on client success & delivery excellence.
  • Ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent documentation discipline for SOWs, project charters, and deliverable trackers.
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable in fast-paced B2B environments.
