Client Success Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with school clients across assigned regions

• Serve as the single point of contact for all client interactions, updates, and service issues
• Reconnect with previous clients to explore re-engagement and drive renewed business
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Deliver exceptional post-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Regularly update client records using CRM tools and provide performance reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client servicing, relationship-building, and coordination abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Highly organized with a proactive follow-up approach
• Willingness to travel
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
