Role & responsibilities Manage and nurture long-term relationships with school clients across assigned regions Serve as the single point of contact for all client interactions, updates, and service issues Reconnect with previous clients to explore re-engagement and drive renewed business Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to ensure timely order fulfilment Deliver exceptional post-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Regularly update client records using CRM tools and provide performance reports Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong client servicing, relationship-building, and coordination abilities Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems Highly organized with a proactive follow-up approach Willingness to travel Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
