About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the

    main point of contact

    for assigned clients, maintaining transparent and consistent communication.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into

    strategic marketing initiatives

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, content, and SEO) to deliver high-quality campaigns.

    upselling and cross-selling

  • Manage escalations, resolve client concerns, and foster

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in

    client servicing, account management, or client success

    within a marketing or digital agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels:

    SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and branding

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage

    multiple accounts and projects

    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools such as

    Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM platforms

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
