Were looking for a go-getter who lives and breathes business development and sales - someone who can spot an opportunity from a mile away, charm their way into a meeting, and help scale our Centres of Excellence (CoEs) into mini growth engines.

Tech, Accounting, Marketing/PR, and other CoEs

What Youll Do

  • Drive business development and sales across multiple Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Identify business needs of co-working clients and map them to our service offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with startups, founders, and ecosystem partners.
  • Craft and deliver killer pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Accounting, Marketing, etc.) to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Keep tabs on your sales pipeline - track leads, follow up relentlessly, and close deals.
  • Stay curious, explore trends, tools, and opportunities in the startup and co-working ecosystem.

Who You Are

  • A born connector - you love meeting new people and turning conversations into opportunities.
  • Have

    1–3 years of experience in business development or sales

    (B2B or services preferred).
  • A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Obsessed with startups, growth, and the business of building businesses.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, no waiting around for instructions.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.
