Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned agencies and clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Execute diligent and proactive follow-up on all ongoing projects, inquiries, and deliverables with agencies and clients.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to agencies and clients, effectively conveying information and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a client servicing, account management, or support role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Good presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and engagingly.
A client-first mindset, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to service excellence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing follow-up processes.
