Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams (design, production, logistics)
Gather and clarify client requirements for booth design and event participation
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals with all stakeholders
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and changes
Ensure timely documentation, contracts, and billing coordination
Support the sales team with client onboarding and post-project follow-ups
Attend client meetings and occasionally on-site during exhibitions (if required)
Handle client feedback, concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
2+ years in client servicing, project coordination, or account management (preferably in event or exhibition industry)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure
