Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and seamless communication. - Cultivate long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and meeting expectations. - Plan, organize, and execute events to achieve client objectives and uphold company standards. - Manage all event logistics from conceptualization to on-ground implementation. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery within specified timelines. - Engage with vendors for event-related services, ensuring quality and timely delivery. - Maintain a network of reliable vendors to meet operational requirements. - Create and deliver engaging presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. - Communicate effectively to articulate ideas and propose solutions. - Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and streamlining operational workflows. Qualifications: - 1 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, event management, and operations. - Demonstrated ability to organize and execute events from start to finish. - Existing network of vendors would be advantageous. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in developing impactful presentations. - Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and working under pressure.
