Client Servicing Manager

As a Client Servicing Manager at Mad Men Marketing, your role will involve managing top-tier client relationships and leading the execution of strategic digital campaigns. You will serve as the primary liaison for key clients, nurturing strong partnerships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication, transparency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full lifecycle of campaigns from brief to brainstorm, from strategy to reporting - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive execution while ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met without compromise - Monitor campaign KPIs and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and internal dashboards - Analyze results to deliver actionable insights and lead client reporting meetings to present performance reviews, learnings, and forward-looking strategies - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, collaborate with the new business team to pitch ideas, and renew or expand contracts - Drive account revenue and contribute to overall agency growth - Be the internal voice of the client, align teams, manage expectations across departments, mentor junior account executives or interns, and drive internal brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign quality and originality Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 2+ years of account management experience in a digital/creative agency - Proven ability to manage high-stakes clients and complex campaigns - Solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, performance media, and influencer strategy - Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing polish - Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and project trackers - Ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously with composure and clarity,
