Role Description

Sr./Assistant Manager – Client Servicing

This role is client-facing, strategic, and execution-driven, requiring sharp communication skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of client servicing experience in the

    events or experiential marketing industry

    , preferably managing large accounts.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey ideas with clarity and impact.
  • Proven leadership and account management abilities, with a results-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring service excellence and long-term relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—creative, production, and strategy—to conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end event solutions.
  • Manage the execution of high-impact events, including conferences, product launches, internal engagements, brand activations, and summits.
  • Lead pitch development and brainstorming sessions with concept teams to deliver tailored solutions to client briefs.
  • Possesses strong presentation skills with the ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life through impactful visual storytelling and well-structured decks.
  • Handle project timelines, budgets, and cost negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and brand research to support pitch development and campaign insights.
  • Mentor junior servicing team members and promote collaborative performance.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
