About the Role: We’re lo o king for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to be the key link between our clients and internal teams. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, understanding brand needs, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of creative and marketing solutions. Key Res p o nsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams • Unders tand client requirements, brief the creative & digital teams, and ensure deliverables match expectations • Coordi nate campaign planning, execution, and reporting • Prepar e client presentations, performance reports, and meeting minutes • Monito r project timelines, budgets, and approvals • Mainta in strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling services • Collab orate with strategy, creative, and media teams for smooth workflow Key Ski l l s & Qualifications: • Bachel or’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 1–3 ye ars of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising/digital agencies) • Excell ent communication and presentation skills Show more Show less
