Graduate Description: Key Responsibilities: 1)Strategy Planning: Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities. Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our SEO strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. 2)On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, headings, and internal linking. Ensure all new content is optimized for search engines prior to publication. Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content. 3)Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors, broken links, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and structured data. Implement schema markup and other technical SEO enhancements. Work with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates and redesigns. 4)Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful links. Explore and implement local SEO strategies where applicable (e.g., Google My Business optimization). 5)Reporting Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Prepare and present regular reports on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions). Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Competencies: Qualifications: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (1+ years of experience preferred). In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization practices and algorithms. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Strong understanding of technical SEO elements (crawlability, indexability, site speed, schema markup). Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, etc. (desired). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Bonus Points: Experience with international SEO. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
