We organize renowned trade shows such as INTIMASIA, Source NXT, Super Juniorz, UnderRoof, Lingerie Fashion Week, and publish Inner Secrets Magazine, India’s 17-year-old B2B publication for the intimate wear industry.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing Intern to assist in managing client relationships for Inner Secrets Magazine and Peppermint’s leading events & exhibitions. The intern will work closely with the sales, editorial, and events team to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of client requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Servicing team in coordinating with advertisers, exhibitors, and partners.
• Support the Inner Secrets Magazine team in ad coordination, client follow-ups, content collection, and approvals.
• Maintain client databases, follow-up lists, and communication trackers.
• Coordinate with the creative/design team for artwork updates, corrections, and approvals.
• Support the Events Team in client onboarding, exhibitor communication, stall requirement coordination, and visitor promotions.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
• Participate in routine calls and meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Provide administrative and operational support during event planning and execution.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Google Workspace.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning.

• Comfortable interacting with clients and building relationships.

• Interest in events, exhibitions, publishing, and the fashion/apparel industry is a plus.
