Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, preparing presentations, handling customer service inquiries, and managing accounts. This role involves daily interactions with clients and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client needs and expectations effectively.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans for execution teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality, innovation, and within budget.
• Regularly share updates, reports, and post-campaign analysis with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Setting up and attending meetings with clients and prospects

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing or business development, preferably in events, activations, or influencer marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a go-getter attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus).
• Willingness to travel when required.
