SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Salary- 45K Max in hand per month

COMMUNITY We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to lead and manage client accounts focused on managing community, events, and customer engagement including social media page. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of experiential marketing campaigns including social media content, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction

• 3-4 years of experience in event management, activations, or customer engagement roles, preferably within an agency environment

• Proven experience in managing large-scale events, experiential campaigns, and client accounts

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Understand client goals, needs, and challenges to develop tailored event and activation strategies

• Lead the development and execution of events, activations, and engagement strategies from concept to completion

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including different departments at client’s end, events agency, internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

• Work with the agencies and internal creative team to create engaging content for the community page and support in its growth

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement through innovative event and activation ideas

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the agency remains ahead in experiential marketing

• Develop creative strategies to strengthen the community programme

• Measure the success of events and activations against KPIs such as attendance, engagement, ROI, and client satisfaction • Curare data bank of community members

• Prepare post-event reports, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements

• Exceptional communication, content, negotiation, and presentation skill

• Understanding of digital integration in live events and activations
