Role Overview:

As a Client Servicing / Account Executive, you will act as the bridge between the agency and its clients. You’ll support senior account managers in executing campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. This is a great role for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about modern marketing in Tech or FMCG categories.

Key Responsibilities:-

Client Support & Coordination

• Assist in managing day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring clarity and timely responses.
• Help gather client requirements, prepare briefs, and communicate them to internal teams (creative, strategy, media).
• Maintain and update campaign trackers, meeting notes, and timelines.

Project & Campaign Execution

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate feedback loops between clients and teams for revisions and approvals.
• Monitor project timelines and help flag potential delays or issues early.

Reporting & Insights

• Support the preparation of performance reports, presentations, and client decks.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.

Research & Strategy Support

• Conduct competitor or industry research to support strategy development.
• Assist in identifying new digital opportunities or platforms that could benefit clients.

Who You Are Experience & Skills:-

• 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination (agency experience preferred).
• Exposure to working with clients in the Tech or FMCG domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email/SMS tools is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com is a plus).
