🎯 Role Overview

Video Editor & Motion Graphics Intern or Junior Executive

You'll work alongside a team of copywriters, designers, and strategists to create engaging video assets for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications. This is a hands-on opportunity where your work will directly impact major national and global brands.

Whether you're editing crisp reels, animating slick transitions, or experimenting with kinetic typography — you’ll have full creative exposure and mentorship to grow as a professional.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Edit short and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Create and animate motion graphics including text overlays, transitions, intros, and explainer-style animations.

• Collaborate with creative team members to storyboard, plan, and develop video concepts.

• Perform basic audio editing including syncing voiceovers, background music, and sound effects.

• Maintain version control and organize media, assets, and project files systematically.

• Stay updated with trends in video design, editing techniques, and social-first content formats.

🛠️ Skills Required

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  for professional-grade video editing.

• Hands-on experience with

  Adobe After Effects

  for motion graphics and animations.

• Basic knowledge of

  Adobe Photoshop

  for visual enhancements and overlays.

• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and attention-grabbing hooks.

• Knowledge of sound balancing and use of royalty-free music and SFX.

• Familiarity with content guidelines across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Bonus: Knowledge of

  CapCut, Illustrator, or Figma

🎓 Education

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in one of the following:

• Media Production / Film Studies

• Animation or Motion Design

• Visual Communication / Design

• Fine Arts or Digital Arts

• A

  portfolio or video showreel is mandatory

  (can include academic, freelance, or personal projects).

• Basic understanding of content marketing or advertising (a plus, not required).
