Role Overview

Client Servicing Executive

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service, maintain customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and help them understand product features and benefits.
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to address queries and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in
