Role Description

This is an exciting full-time on-site role for an Adtech Client Servicing executive located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring timely communication, addressing client queries, and fostering customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will liaise with clients to understand their requirements, ensure service delivery, maintain records, and provide solutions or escalate issues when needed.

The position is based out of Gurugram and is a work from office role.

Prior Work Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing at Adtech companies: digital agencies, ad networks, digital publishers is a

  must have

Qualifications

• Basic know-how about adtech tools such as DV360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Ads, to name a few
• General knowledge about adtech solutions
• Prior experience in Client Servicing at Agencies, Ad networks or Digital publishers
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless interaction and improved client experience
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
