Job Description

You will be joining Focaccia Digital, a 2-year-old ad-tech company specializing in full-funnel advertising with a focus on ROAS. As the Operations Manager for Social Media & Biddable Platforms, your role will involve managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Your expertise in at least one of these platforms is essential, along with a strong grasp of performance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the BD team to develop effective media plans based on client briefs. - Forecast campaign performance metrics, recommend audience targeting, and define creative requirements. - Handle end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting on Meta and Google Ads. - Drive performance marketing initiatives for lead generation, app installs, and other ROI-focused objectives. - Provide performance reviews, insights, and actionable recommendations to clients. - Lead discussions on campaign performance and present optimization strategies to clients. - Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in campaign planning & operations within digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. - Proficiency in at least one major biddable platform (Meta or Google Ads); knowledge of both is preferred. - Strong expertise in performance marketing campaigns such as lead generation, app installs, and conversion campaigns. - Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with prior client-facing experience.
