If you can charm clients, calm creatives, and still remember to smile… Congratulations, you’re already ahead of most of the industry. What you’ll be doing: Playing the bridge between clients and the agency (think diplomat, minus the free travel) Understanding briefs and occasionally rescuing them from certain doom Creating presentations that look sharp enough to win over even the grumpiest client Taking briefing/debriefing notes like someone who actually listens Preparing job lists that keep the whole operation from resembling a tea-fuelled riot You’ll fit right in if you: Speak & write English well, ideally without sending the Queen into a spiral Are presentable, professional, and don’t scare easily Are genuinely interested in building new business (yes, people still do that) Care about the agency’s reputation like it’s your mum’s good china Bring integrity, honesty & sincerity, the holy trinity your future self will thank you for You’ll work closely with mentors and Directors ~ people who know things, do things, and expect things.
