Role Overview:

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the bridge between the client and the internal creative/content teams. Your primary role is to manage multiple brand accounts, plan content calendars, ensure timely deliverables, create monthly reports and drive measurable engagement for each project. You will ensure that content is strategically aligned, properly briefed, reviewed, approved, and published.


Project Ownership

• Should be able to manage 6 regular or 4 large social media accounts independently.

• Ensure smooth client communication and expectation management.

• Act as the point-of-contact for all brand content, design, and posting workflows.


Planning & Coordination

• Prepare weekly/monthly content plans and calendars.

• Coordinate content and design requirements with respective teams.

• Assign tasks using the internal Creative Workflow & Assignment Log Process.

• Ensure all tasks are updated in the tracker proactively.


Reporting & Performance

• Share weekly Social Media Performance Reports with the client.

• Measure metrics like reach, engagement, post-wise performance.

• Identify improvement areas and report insights during reviews


What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar social media/client servicing role.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience using project management tools, Google Sheets, and basic analytics.

• Understanding of social content formats – static, short-form video, emailers.

• Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset.

• Proactive in taking ownership of tasks and deliverables.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.

• Prior agency or social media brand experience preferred.
