Client Servicing Executive

As a Client Servicing professional at Grasshoppers India Pvt. Ltd., located in New Delhi (Lajpat Nagar 3), you will play a crucial role in handling clients independently and ensuring successful campaign execution. With a background in advertising and a PG in Advertising Mass Communication, you will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating with the creative team, and maintaining high-quality work standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Your responsibilities will include understanding client briefs, managing client expectations, and vendor relationships, while adhering to project deadlines. You will be expected to create design specification documents, write effective briefs, and pitch new ideas to clients. A passion for advertising is highly desirable, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Client Servicing and Briefs, especially from Delhi/NCR region, are preferred. Key skills required for this role include the ability to give a brand a personality and proposition, strong analytical skills, and adherence to style guidelines and client briefs. A good sense of humor and experience working in Advertising Agency/Marketing Agency settings will be advantageous.
