Role OverviewThe Client Servicing team at Cisne plays a pivotal role in owning client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for converting briefs into compelling solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring client delight from pitch to execution. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client goals, brand values, and event objectives. Briefing & Ideation: Interpret client briefs into clear internal requirements. Collaborate with creative, production, and tech teams to develop innovative event solutions. Contribute to theme ideation, scripting, and pitch decks. Project Coordination: Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams. Ensure smooth pre-event, on-ground, and post-event execution. Pitching & Proposals: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and cost estimates. Lead or support client presentations and negotiations. Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed events. On-ground Supervision: Be present during dry runs and event days to ensure flawless execution. Troubleshoot in real-time and maintain professionalism under pressure. Post-event Closure: Coordinate client feedback and debriefs. Oversee billing, reconciliation, and documentation. Ideal Candidate Profile2–6 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in events, media, or marketing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and deadline-driven. Creative mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite. Willing to travel and work flexible hours based on event timelines. Passionate about events, client experience, and team collaboration. Preferred QualitiesPrevious experience in a fast-paced agency setup. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A flair for storytelling and audience engagement. Understanding of AV/tech elements, vendor coordination, and event logistics is a plus.
