Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on all inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via Zoom, phone, emails, and other
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded clients and ensure
  

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high communication standards
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to align on client expectations and ensure timely
  

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates clearly using project
  

• Track, measure, and report revenue performance for assigned accounts on a

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar
  

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
