Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Understand the client's brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to execute effective campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback.

2. Coordination and collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize weekly/monthly content calendars, pitches, and campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the deliverables.

3. Quality Check:

• Quality Check and posting on social media platforms.

4. Time Management:

• Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency (client servicing role preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
