Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with relevant departments to address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management, and identifying new business opportunities through client referrals. Additionally, you should be committed to helping clients and able to work well under pressure to excel as a Client Servicing Executive. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivating solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service. - Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients. - Interacting regularly with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. - Identifying strategies to overcome clients" initial dislike of company products. - Maintaining accurate records of all existing and potential clients. - Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualification Required: - MBA or a degree in an industry-related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills. - Exceptional customer service skills.
