Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities: Lead Outreach & Follow-up: Call potential producers and recyclers to explain Circle8’s EPR platform and scrap collection services. Client Onboarding: Guide stakeholders through the onboarding process including KYC, registration on CPCB/SPCB portals, and document submission. Data Collection: Gather essential details (e.g., waste categories, capacities, targets) and update CRM or internal tools. Service Coordination: Coordinate between operations and clients for initiating services like waste pickup, documentation, or EPR credit mapping. Education & Support: Explain EPR rules and Circle8’s role in compliance, traceability, and certificate issuance. Follow-up for Conversions: Maintain daily call logs and follow-up status to convert leads into onboarded customers. Feedback & Reporting: Collect feedback from clients and share insights with sales and operations teams to improve onboarding experience.
