Job Description

We are urgently seeking Client Service Trainee position for Andheri West, Mumbai location. Job Title: Client Service Trainee Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as their primary point of contact. Connect with them over a call on a weekly basis. * Proactively identify client needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations. * Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the engagement process. * Manage client service requests and resolve issues efficiently within the stipulated TAT. * Track and report on key client service metrics, including customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure seamless client experience. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations ,decks ,and proposals to clients tailored to their specific needs and preferences. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field, preferred with events background. * Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in client service or a similar customer-facing role. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent with presentations, decks & share cost sheets. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for exceeding customer expectations. * Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.
