We are currently seeking a dynamic Client Service Executive who can manage and grow client relationships while ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and clients
• Understand client requirements and relay them effectively to the creative and strategy teams
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations
• Maintain client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in:
• PDF (document handling & formatting)
• Excel (XLS - basic formulas, data handling)
• PowerPoint (PPT - creating and editing presentations)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
